About Nadezhda...

Hello everybody!
I am a retired teacher and have a lot of time for my hobbies. I am interested in history and art, collect postcards and stamps, enjoy walking and feeding ducks in the park, visiting bookshops, reading a good novel or watching an old comedy, having a cup of coffee or tea. I am wife, mother of two adult children and since July 2020 I am grandmother of a lovely boy.
In my opinion, postcrossing makes routine life more exciting. I usually read profiles, check galleries and try to choose a card that suits best of all. Of course, I am always very happy to receive a card from my favourites.
If you have no time to check my gallery, here are some hints of what I collect:
- people wearing spectacles
- people/children with animals/birds
- child/children and mother/parents/grandparents/family
- people/children with books, reading or writing
- people/children with musical instruments
- something ethnic/traditional/national clothes
- funny anthropomorphic animals
- flower fairies, gnomes
- beautiful city or nature view (please, NO city multiview except chronicle cards from Germany)
- in winter Christmas cards
Always welcome are
- maxicards (a card with a relating stamp and a special cancelation)
- gotochi (promise to send a card in return)
- Edition Tausendschön

I like to receive postcards in envelopes. If you send more than one card from my gallery of faves in the envelope, I will send you a "thank you" card.

Sorry, but I don't want to receive long, huge, hand-made cards, self-printed photos, Zazzle and the like. Please, leave them for those who appreciates such things.
Many thanks in advance.

HAPPY POSTCROSSING!
