About Cindy...
Greetings, my name is Cindy Kercher, a widow after 50 years of marriage, and I am a mother of 10 children, 24 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. My life revolves around family. I have homeschooled my children since 1984 and one of my favorite subjects is geography. I love to write letters and receive them, and the idea of receiving postcards from around the world sounds like fun.
I enjoy postcards of small, rural towns and landscapes; I enjoy looking at the stamps that you choose to affix to my postcard. I also enjoy map cards. It's interesting to see what your country/home thinks is important. I'm also an avid knitter, seamstress and gardener. But, don't let that limit your choice of what to send me! I just enjoy being surprised, even if it is with a postcard that you've been hanging on to forever and can't find anyone else to send it to. I'll appreciate it!
The cards I have favorited are those that I have personally received.
Please do not feel obligated to go through my postcards for duplications. I love all postcards and their stories. I do not expect you to sort through over 1,500 cards. That seems a bit excessive.
Blessings!
If you think your card would travel better in an envelope -- that's fine with me -- for me it is all about the postcard -- not how it gets to me :)
