Hi everyone! I've just found this website recently and thought it would be very exciting to receive postcards from around the world!

I live in Sendai, which is 200 KM north of Tokyo. It's a big city but we have the sea, beautiful mountains and a big river and I really love my city.

My hobbies are handicraft(all genre), gardening and travelling. I love to visit historical buildings.

I work as an administrative assistant in a very busy company. It's shame I'm not able to have long holidays to travel abroad, although I'm very interested in other cultures.

It'd be great if you tell me what the photo of the postcard represents or a little about your life and hobbies! If you like reading, tell me about your favorite books or the books you have recently read! For handicraft fans, I'd like to know what you like to make:)

-famous places, historical buildings in your country
-people in a traditional costume
-fine art, paintings (I'm interested in almost all types of fine art but I specially like Monet and Modigliani. Please tell me the name of the painter or the title, if you send one to me!)
-things related to sewing, knitting or embroidery
-hot air ballons, airplanes, airlines
-anything about Britain (I love UK!)
-beautiful "Cavallini & Co." postcards
-picture of a paperback cover
-cakes, macarons, ice cream, biscuits, chocolate

However any other themes that YOU are intersted in will be welcome!
