About Katya...

Hi dear friend,

I'm Katya and I live in Minsk, the capital of Belarus.

Here you can watch a video about my country: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hShX0ZEGTlk&list=LLfDQ3yaAMWU2rlp9WfABoXg&index=14&feature=plpp_video

I like reading detective stories and philosophical books, listening to music (I'm music lover: rock, rock 'n' roll, jazz, rap, grunge and classical music are my favorites) and cycling (in summer I can spend all the time riding a bicycle). Also I like art. Recently I've discovered new idol for myself. His name's Banksy! What about Salvador Dali? I enjoy his paintings! I'm vegetarian and a big collector. I collect magnets, bags of sugar from cafes and restaurants, tickets from the cinema and labels of tea! :) And of course postcards!

Here you can see the list of the postcards which I'd like to receive:

* Old cars (if you have it, please, please send it for me, I'd be so happy!)
* the Beatles, Nirvana and Michael Jackson
* Famous paintings (especially surrealistic)
* Graffiti and Banksy
* Theme of comics (like these: http://www.postcrossing.com/postcards/ES-145185, http://www.postcrossing.com/postcards/US-1605757, http://www.postcrossing.com/postcards/BR-187140, http://www.postcrossing.com/postcards/PT-217287)
* Flags
* Night cities
* Black & white photos of old stars
* Oceans, seas, lakes, watersides, waterfalls, volcanoes, mountains and other natural beauties
* Orangutans

And please, NO free ad cards, banal turistic cards and cards, which are printed not in your country (I'm not interested in receiving postcards with Eiffel Tower from Cuba, for example). I prefer stamped and written postcards, but if you're able to send me a postcard in an envelope + put in some labels of tea (try to explain what it's: it's not like these things http://nancynezhdanova.blogspot.com/2011/03/greenfield.html, but like these http://fotki.yandex.ru/users/angelok483483/album/221490/ (I collect them)... It'd be great! But, please, write on the postcard! ;D

P.S. If you don't know what to write, please, complete these three sentences for me on your postcard. I'm interested in your answers:

1. "I love..."
2. "I want..."
3. "I hate..."

Special thanks for the people who send postcards from my favourites (http://www.postcrossing.com/user/madcap/gallery/favourites).

Every postcard is my window to the world, thank you!

P.P.S. I'm open for direct swap. My heart is open for everybody. Contact e-mail: katemadcap@yandex.by. Also I agree to any offer of friendship (on Facebook or skype: katemadcap) and constant correspondence, especially if your native language is English, but any other is also ok. Hope one day to receive postcards from every country in the world.

Cheers,
Katya \(^0^)/
