Hi!

I'm 25 years old and I'm studying to be a teacher.
In my free time, I love meeting my friends, reading (I'm always interested in good books - so tell me about your favourite book if you like!), going out, sitting in a café observing people passing by, watching football, travelling, writing postcards, ...
I'm really interested in Australia because I spent 6 months backpacking Down Under after school :)

I'd like to receive postcards from all over the world to learn about other peoples' cultures and foreign countries. It would be awesome if you wrote something in your mothertongue and an English translation! I'm always interested in the person "behind" the card so please tell me something about you, your country, national customs or traditions, the card you're sending, etc. Or teach me some phrases in your language that are useful if I happen to visit your country someday :)

If you have one of the following, I would be most happy to receive:

► a popular monument from YOUR country, like the Eiffel Tower, Taj Mahal, etc.

► (especially from countries that are "exotic" for Germans :-D):a typical tourist card

Of course, these are only suggestions, I'll be happy about every card I receive!
