About Louise...

I am American (from New York State) and have been living here in the beautiful south of France for 14 years. I love to travel, read, knit, spin and stitch. I'm also into genealogy. (My ancestors were from Sicily, Ireland, France and Switzerland.)

I've just started to study Japanese, so if you can write a word or two, I would really like that.

Ideas for cards:
-Sheep!! (my favorite)
-traditional textiles (especially knitting) or handicrafts of your country
-quilts
-calligraphy and letters (of the alphabet)
-butterflies (and butterfly stamps)
-lighthouses
-sunsets (especially with a purple sky)
-windmills
-tulips or hydrangeas
-country or regional maps
-anything purple
-Hundertwasser (paintings or architecture)
-Atelier Nouvelles Images (just ones with sets of different objects) or other multiples
-state map cards from the USA
(I still need following state map cards and would like to fill out my collection if possible: Connecticut, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota)

These are just suggestions. I really love all cards. (Well, maybe not ad cards so much, unless they are textiles or sheep.) I'm not very fond of 'cute' animal or children cards.

I prefer cards sent without an envelope if possible.

STAMPS:
I collect new, mint condition stamps in the following themes:

Butterflies
Lighthouses
Hydrangeas

If you have any of these stamps and would like to trade, I am very interested. I can send new French stamps in exchange.
