I enjoy reading, writing, oriental brush painting, observing and walking in nature, travel, gardening, cooking... of course eating, too ... and studying Russian language. If you are a native speaker of Russian, I will love it if you write to me in Russian.
I am excited to receive postcards from all over the world and will be interested to see and read something about you and your place. I love scenes of nature and landscape. I love the time of changing light, sunsets and dawn, and the pinkish, reddish light that occurs opposite them. I also love mist, rain, clouds and waterfalls. I am interested in photography, folklore - folk tales, song, dance, proverbs, sayings and quotations, indigenous peoples, all of the natural world, animals and plants, art and art history. My (current) favorite animals are hummingbirds, horses, chickens, big cats and elephants. Any cards of endangered or extinct species will always be welcome. Or, if you have a card of a World Heritage site, I seem to be developing a small collection of those...
I also like unusual stamps, or stamps with any of the above mentioned things.
