This is a family project with kids ages 13,11 & 8) that started back when we were homeschooling. We are now in a small village in the Center of Vancouver Island within British Columbia, Canada. We would like our children to explore the world through postcards through your eyes (and have a little fun, too). Some ideas would be educational, cultural/legend, scenic, wildlife, political (presidents/leaders, historical figures), recipes, roadside attractions, etc and fun ones too. Our interests (including kids interests) are maps, flags, astrology, weather, holidays you celebrate (if you could tell us about it), old/traditional cards from your area & cartoons/comics popular in your country. Culture & history are also welcomed.

*If you are from Sweden, Norway, Scotland, &/or France and Montreal - these are of ancestral(?) interest to us, as well* I have traced one part of our family all the way back to 700 AD!! (from my side, not the Laroche side) Found that Lady MacBeth (aka. Gruoch ingen Boedhe Mac Cináeda mhic Dubh, Queen of Scots) and the King of Vikings - King Rollo are my direct lineage! Super cool!!
