I'm a 35 year old male from a small community called Jolicure in the province of New Brunswick on the East Coast of Canada, about 225 kms from the Atlanic Ocean, but I live just a few kilometres from the Northumberland Strait and the Bay of Fundy. The Strait is 40 kms east of my place and the Bay is just 15 kms west southwest of my small community. New Brunswick is a really beautiful province and is almost completely covered by dense forest: mostly evergreen trees such as spruce, fir, and pine with many maples and other deciduous trees mixed in. I live 15 kms from the Nova Scotia border and 55 kms from Prince Edward Island (two other provinces of Canada). PEI is linked to NB by a bridge that is 13 kms long! I hope to hear from you soon! Best regards from Canada ~ Garnet
Postcards I like:
Postcards that show something interesting about the country/city/region you are from! I also like to see cities (aerial views are really interesting showing landscapes & cities). I'm also interested in seeing stamps on the postcards! I think stamps are interesting because they tell something about the country they are from! If possible, more than one stamp would be nice to see on the postcards sent to me. I always use more than one stamp on the cards I send in order to equal the correct postage.
I also have had penpals since 1993! I really enjoy this, so if anyone is interested in this hobby as well, please let me know and we can become penpals!
*** If you are interested you can check the weather for my home area:
AMHERST, Nova Scotia is just 20 kms south of Jolicure:

***IMPORTANT UPDATE***
I moved to Edmonton on the 29th April 2008 - Edmonton is 4800 kms from New Brunswick and is the capital city of Alberta with a population of about 1.1 million! It is a lot different from New Brunswick and the small community where I lived for the last 34+ years called Jolicure: (population 100)!!
For my "new home":
EDMONTON, Alberta (weather link)
