About dragon7...
Dear Postcrosser!
We are a family of two - Nadya and Dima.
We are really into Postcrossing, and would like to receive lots of handwritten cards from all over the world. Each of us has its own account here, and we decided to create our joint account because it is a hobby of us both.
We enjoy travelling a lot; it is very interesting to learn about other cultures, customs and habits.
Our preference is MAP cards, but these types are very welcome as well:
- Atelier Nouvelles Images
- Inge Löök, Kaj Stenvall and Moomin cards (we collect them)
- Anne Taintor
- Virpi Pikkala
- Audrey Hepburn or Alfred Hitchcock
- informational cards ("Did you know" series, recipes and similar)
- things that uniquely identify your country (animals, plants, people in traditional clothes, ...)
- Royal families
- nature and beautiful scenery
- animals (especially dogs and wild animals - a postcard with a Golden Retriever, German Shepherd or a terrier would be great). Please do not send cards with dogs in clothes.
- funny and unusual cards
- something extraordinary
Other cards that we like you can find in the favourites gallery.
No ads, free or selfprinted photo cards, please. Handmade cards are fine, if it's something you did by yourself - not just a cut from a magazine glued to a cardboard.
If you're from the USA: A map of your state or Route 66 cards would be highly appreciated.
If you're from Finland: please send us something from Inge Löök, Kaj Stenvall, Virpi Pikkala, or a Moomin card ;)
We prefer written cards with nice stamps on (not in envelopes).
Also, you may write some words in your native language.
If you don't know what to write about - write about yourself, your dreams and wishes, favourite books, food, or just describe what your day is usually like.
We're also curious how you learned about Postcrossing and what Postcrossing means to you, so you may write about it ;)
Looking forward to getting your cards!
Happy Postcrossing!
P.S. It's a good idea to send us a greeting card on Christmas :)
