Greetings from Western New York.
My name is David and I live in a small college town, called Geneseo. I have lived in Geneseo most of my life.
I work for the Red Cross in the United States. My work with the Red Cross includes services to the Armed Forces, Veterans, and International Cases (i.e. Tracing and Red Cross messages).
I am not particular in the postcard that you send me. I am just happy for the postcard!
I love Darya's, from Moscow, description of how she wants her postcards: NAKED, meaning that they should not, if possible, be sent in an envelope. I tend to agree with her remarkable description. Now, that doesn't mean you have to send pictures of naked people! :-D

I figure that less than 1% of my cards, for whatever reason, are not registered. I don't think that is a bad percentage. With expired cards, I do send out a second card, just in case the original doesn't make it.
If your postcard to me has expired, just send me a PM with the card number and I will claim it so you can send out a new one, provided you did send a postcard.
