About Elisa...

Hello, you! :)

My name is Elisa, and I'm new in postcrossing. I live in Indonesia, an archipelago-nation in southeast Asia which is very rich in culture and nature. I work as a dialysis physician in a small hospital. My regular patients are people whose kidneys are no longer working so well.

I love writing, drawing, cooking, crafting, and gardening, but not so well in doing them. Lol. I love reading and really love books, especially classical literature.

I love sending and receiving postcards too, of course. Sometimes I think that getting stamped card from somewhere feels better than actually visiting the place. Just some naive thought, because... yes, visiting the very place would be a lot more expensive! Lol.

My favorite kind of postcards:
- Postcards which show view of your country or city
- Postcards of beautiful photograph/painting of flowers,
buildings/architectures, people, animals, foods, geography landmarks, landscape, seascape, well, you know the kind. ;)
- Postcards of classical artwork repro or about classical literature
- Cute/pretty/funny illustrated postcards
- Postcards with photograph, painting, or illustration of cats and or big cats (tigers, lions, leopards, jaguars, cheetahs, etc.)
But don't let me trouble you about those cards if you have none of them, really, send any of your postcard. Just receiving any stamped postcard from you is going to make my day! <3

I'm excited about learning foreign language. So if it doesn't bother you so much, please write in your native language. If there's still some space, please write the English translation of it. But if there's no more writing space left, don't worry, I'll feel challenged to find out the translation myself. It's even more exciting for me when you write in your sophisticated native characters, if there's any.

I'd really appreciate it if you write the date you mail the postcard, thank you ;)
