About Darja...

I am Darja. I come from Slovenia, Europe. I am married and have two teenager daughters. I live in a small village near Ljubljana - the capital of Slovenia. I like cooking and baking sweets, going to the nature, reading books, going to the wellness, swimming ...

Here are some suggestions for postcards. Please, no handmade cards, no selfprinted or ordered prints. I like animals, but not on the postcard. If it is possible, please not in an envelope. My daughter collects stamps. Please put some nice stamps on the postcards - please put more than one stamp on the card. Postcrossers from Netherlands please don't put the stamp with bycicle or light bulb (1 Euro)on the postcard.

Some suggestions for me are:
- sweets and cookies from your country - please send me recipe for your favorite dessert
- food related cards
- orchideas
- flowers
- landscapes
- cities or places where you live
- map of each state in USA
- nature views
- famous landmarks
- national parks
- waterfalls
- maps card
- sunflowers
- hearts
- bees and apiaries
- Anne Geddes
- some traditional food from your country
- Nouvelles Images cards or similar with multiple objects
- FC Barcelona and L. Messi - for my daughter

I will be very happy if you write some words in your language (for example I love you, Thank you and Good morning)and you translate to English.

Would you be so nice and you write when have your school children summer holidays. Children in Slovenia have summer holidays from 24. june to 1. September.

I register every postcard on the day when it arrives. If I don't register your card, please send me the message and ask me if the postcard arrived to my address.

Please write the date on postcard when you sent the post card.
