About Maaike...
Hello! :)
I'm a 17-year-old girl from the northern part of the Netherlands. I have 2 older brother and 2 older sisters.
I speak Dutch/English/German/French/Spanish, and I've been to Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Canada, Greece, Czechia, Liechtenstein and England! I would love to visit more countries.
My hobby is making free personalized bracelets for children with life changing diseases, disorders and disabilities around the world. I have a site: www.tiedtogetherbracelets.weebly.com and a facebook:
www.facebook.com/tiedtogetherbracelets
Would love to hear from you!
I will have final exams in May, and start my study medicine next schoolyear to become a pediatric oncologist in the future (a doctor for children with cancer). It's my passion. With my bracelets I also focus on children with cancer mainly. Childhood cancer is extremely underfunded.
I also really like reading. :)

Ideas to write about:
♥The date and the time
♥Why you picked this card for me, its story, where you got it

♥Something weird/funny of you/your country/memories
♥Words in your language (+ translation)
♥I would LOVE to learn Scandinavian, so if you are from Scandinavia, please teach me a lot!

♥ Send me a card that speaks to you in some way, and tell me why. I can't wait!
Things to add:
♥Drawing made by your children
♥Doesn't matter if it's in an envelope or not, if you send it in an envelope you can send a picture of yourself, something that has to do with you/your country/region
♥I collect special erasers (since I was little)
Happy postcrossing!
