About Ace/Ася...

Hello world! First of all, I want to say how much I love this site- what a truly neat and unique idea.
***
I love dogs; honest people; the outdoors; sleeping without any alarm clocks; early but slow mornings; anything psychedelic, psychic or psycho; exploring this world and raising hell and/or chicken. I consider myself Russian, although I lived half of my life in USA (Russian is still my first language there, and I'm tied to my home country in many ways). So write me in English, Russian OR French (I'm desperately trying to learn the latter for over 8 years!). I do not mind any kinds of post cards, my only real preference is for them to depict the place you're at right now or that is in your vicinity (like your favorite vacation destination in a town next to yours) or something special from there. That said, please refrain from sending random animal and/or people and/or cartoon character postcards- while they're cute, and I'll gladly add them to my collection, they will not really associate with the place where they came from and will not hold any "geographical significance" to me, if you see what I mean. By hanging out on this site and exchanging postcards I am trying to learn about the world I live in, so please help increase my geographic IQ! :)
* One exception from the rule above would be any hand drawn or painted postcards, as well as pictures of landscapes, etc, taken by you. All of these are extra special to me, since they're of a limited edition!
** A special request: please send me standard-sized postcards, whenever possible... I put them all in a photo album and hate it when I have to cut off a piece to make the card fit in...
*** Another exception: since I am a big HS Thompson fan, I would LOVE any postcards linked to him ;)
