Hello!

I am a 44-year-old married woman living in Eastern Finland. I work as Communications and Marketing Manager and I am mother for two lovely children. My 10-year-old daughter has also a postcrossing account. My son is 13.

Last year was hard. I got a heart attack in August 2023 in the age of 44. Luckily I am fine now.

My hobbies are postcards, singing in a choir, aquajogging and cross-country skiing. We had a a 18-year-old longhaired miniature dachshund, bur sadly he past away in November 2023. I miss him much!

My passion is travelling. I have been to 34 countries so far. My dream vacation was in November 2022, when our family participated a Caribbean cruise.

My favourite cities in Europe are:
- Paris (France). I have been there three times. I think it is the most romantic ciry in the world.
- Odessa (Ukraine). It was one of my first holiday destinations in my childhood in the 1980´s. It had a huge impact on me.
- Lisbon (Portugal) I visited Lisbon in 2022 and I think the contrast between its beauty and the certain roughness makes Lisbon so special.
- Not a city but Northern Norway. Its nature is amazing!

I enjoy postcrossing´s travel mode. I have used it in PL (10/19), HU, NL and PT (7/22), SE (8/22 and 7/23) PR, US and SX (11/22), EE (4/23) and NO (7/23).

Another passion of mine is postcards of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. So far I have a 500 cards from UNESCO WH Sites written and stamped in the country of origin.
