Hi! My name is Svetlana, I live in Russia, in Chelyabinsk, it's a big industrial city near the Ural mountains just on the border between Europe and Asia. The nature here is wonderful-there are a lot of deep forests and beautiful lakes.
I'll be happy to get any card you send, but especially I'm interested in pictures showing something special about your country
-national clothes
- popular touristy views (with the names of places on the card)
- outstanding people
- holidays,season cards,etc

I'm an owner of a lovely Scottish terrier, so I'll be happy to get cards with Scottish terriers! Though I'm a great dog-lover, ON POSTCARDS I love ONLY SCOTTISH TERRIERS! I also like Siamese cats( I used to have one) and irises.

I prefer single view pictures and, PLEASE!, send cards from YOUR COUNTRY only.I don't enjoy ad,folded or handmade postcards.

I've got only twenty-nine so far: from MS,IL, NM,WV,CO,MO,SC,NC,SD,CA,AZ,AK,NJ,TX, PA,MN,GA,OH,OR,FL,MI,IN,WI,CT,KS,WA,IA,NY and Washington DC, but I hope to collect all of the 50!:) Cowboys and Indians also interest me greatly.

Dear postcrossers from Taiwan! I've already got eight Taipei cards,so if possible,can you choose something different for me?:)

I'd like to know what associations with Russia you have, so if there are any,can you write them for me? Thank you :)

! IMPORTANT! When you send pictures with flowers, keep in mind that the number of flowers must be UNEVEN ( apart from big bunches ). It's a tradition in Russia that even amount is given at funeral when somebody dies.

P.S. If possible, you'd better print my address in Cyrillic,as our postpeople aren't very used to read Latin letters:)
