I'm married and have two children: daughter Nastya (1996) and son Dima (2006). I also have an old red cat Anfisa (1996), we found her homeless on the street when she was a little kitten.
I prefer postcards(or envelopes, stationeries, thematic cancellations, first day covers/issues, stamps) on heraldry theme (coats of arms of cities, towns, places) and postcards with the views of your home towns. I like pictures of insects, especially butterflies, too. I also like cards with maps very much.
I'm very interesting in Ice Hockey. My favourite team is Pittsburgh Penguins.
If you have ANY image of coat of arms of your city please send it to me! I'll be very thankfull! I think that coat of arms are the symbolic faces of towns and could tell much more not only about history.
I collect stamps (especially butterflies and arms)and try to stick different stamps on my cards. My principle in Postcrossing is to send such card which I'd like to receive.
If you don't have a card from mentioned above - ANY card is very welcome and precious for me!

My daughter Nastya loves everything related to Japan and its culture. She signed up for a course of Japanese language.
