It always makes my day when I get a nice postcard from anywhere in the world. So it's up to you to put a smile on my face. :o)
Everything you send is welcome, but here are a few suggestions:
I enjoy all kinds of postcards but especially the "tourist-kind", showing landmarks, famous buildings or places, views of the city etc. by day or night, modern day or historic. (No multi-view if possible!) I also like map cards and road signs. Also, if you happen to have any kind of Formula-1-related postcards I would be very grateful to get one.
Please tell me a little about where you live, your town or city and your country. Maybe you can write a few words in your own language (with translation). And please add a date and maybe your current weather, e.g. 20C sunny or 30F snowing.
My birthday is in October. So feel free to send me a birthday themed postcard around that time. Same goes for any kind of seasonal greetings like Christmas or other holidays regardless if they are specific to your country or celebrated globally.
I would appreciate it if you DO NOT send postcards with an envelope or add cards! And, of course, I like postcards to be stamped and written.
