I'm the mother of two grown children, living in Connecticut, a state in the northeast part of the United States. I have five wonderful grandchildren as well, four girls and a boy, ranging in age from 6 months to 5 years old. I adore spending time with all of them! I love reading murder mysteries, gardening, baking, hiking, classic rock music and cats (we have 3!)I'm also a true follower of car racing- whether Nascar or local dirt track racing and my husband and I go to races whenever we can. I work in an oral surgeon's office and my husband owns his own garage, where he's fixed people's cars for 30 years! We don't get a chance to travel much and have never been around the world as we would if money & owning a business weren't such issues, so Postcrossings helps me fill my need to broaden my narrow horizons! A little MORE travel may be coming our way this summer though- we just bought a small camper and will be able to see more of our OWN country once it's on the road. I can't wait!
You may send me any postcards you like- I'm not too particular, but prefer not to receive multi-view or ad cards. I do love having something other than bills and junk mail in my box at the end of the work day! Stay happy and write me soon! :)
