My name is Lori and I am a retired Sous Chef. I am married with 3 children. I have 2 dogs, a few fish, and 2 cockatiels that inadvertently became relocated pre Covid and now live in Jersey with my sister.

I really love trying new food and I hate to admit that at times I enjoy a good trip to a farmers market or grocery store in a foreign country as much as a popular site or museum :-)

I am looking forward to sending and receiving postcards and learning new things about people and places in our world.
