I am jumping back into Postcrossing after a bit of a break.

I am a single female and have two cats named Patrick and Liam.
I currently live near Decatur, Georgia, which is right outside Atlanta.

I enjoy traveling and I collect postcards from the places I visit. I also inherited many postcards from my aunt, so I have many to choose from when I send them. I like trying to match the recipient's interests if I can.

I enjoy genealogy and have ancestors from Ireland, England, Germany, and Switzerland. I love classic rock music and I like to go to baseball games (Atlanta Braves), movies and to the theatre. I also work occasionally as a stage manager at a small community theatre.

I recently retired and am looking forward to traveling to Australia and New Zealand in 2024. If you have traveled to or live in Australia or New Zealand, I would love to hear about things I absolutely must see while I'm there.

I'm currently studying Dutch for fun. I also know some Spanish and French. Postcards with non-English words on them are fun to receive. If you'd like, teach me a word or phrase in another language.

In the US, there are at least 11 cities named Decatur, including the one where I live in Georgia. Let me know if you live in or near another Decatur! :)
