My name is Tonya. I was born in Severodvinsk. Young city on the White Sea in the North of Russia, center of atomic shipbuilding. Today I live in Smolensk. It is the an old city on the banks of the river Dnepr. Smolensk history is full of invaders story. This city survived Napoleon and nazi. Beautiful place with a huge history.

I love my family, my husband and three children(8Y,3Y & 1Y) . I can't imagine my life without sport. So I'm a fit mom, girl who lift weight and try to eat clean food. I've finished sport academy courses and became a Fitness instructor. Today I'm training moms with children. I tell them that being mom is the best reason to be beautiful.

My dream is to travel in different countries (USA, China, Brasil, Canada, Europe countries, Tibet, Oceania islands and many others).
