I'm 40+ years old and working as a test manager in the telecoms industry. Bought a house last spring (2009) just outside and south of Stockholm in a suburb/town called Huddinge. Living with my wife-to-be and her two kids, 18 and 11 years old, two cats, one rabbit and a handful of fish. And the occational spider in the cellar...
To make it a bit easier for you to find a card for me, this is what I like:
- BEER, my first hobby. Have tried about 5000 beers from all over the world and now I am looking for postcards with beer, breweries and other related stuff. The more local to you the better. AD-cards are ok.
- TEA, I have recently become interested in tea, so any card connected to that is great. AD-cards are ok.
- HISTORICAL sites, statues, castles and other important places. Local to your area, please.
- TRADITIONAL crafts and art. Local to your area.
- HERALDRY, flags, family/town signs, coat of arms and all that goes with it.
- MAP CARDS, showing your country, state, area.
- RETRO, old black and white cards showing your area a long time ago.
- SPECIAL EVENTS, in your town/area/country. Like a big exhibition, festival or world cup in anything. Or some local special event.
- POSTERS, movie posters in your own language.
- CHESS, anything related to chess. If you are interrested in chess via mail/postcards, just send me your first move and return address. Please, no computer aid.
- PIPES and pipesmokers (no cigars or cigarettes please)
If you don't have any of the above, don´t worry. Just send me something you would like yourself. I prefer if it is something local to you, and not something you picked up on a holiday abroad.
