About Ruth...

Hello, my name is Ruth, I´m 47 years old and married. I have 2 adult daughters and 2 cats and live in the near of Cologne, Germany.

If possible, please send me typical tourist viewcards from your country, your hometown or area and tell me something about it. I like beautiful, exceptional and stunning landscapes; indian summer; glens & canyons; lakes, creeks & rivers; waterfalls; beaches; coastal; islands; palmtrees; sunrises & sunsets; skylines (by day and night); imposing buildings & landmarks.

Please... write to me a little bit more than just "happy postcrossing". If you don´t know what you should write...for example...what are you doing at the time? Your job? Hobbies? Your Passions? How is the weather? etc. ;-) Or/and something in your native language (with translation in english) :-D

I love it, to find postcards in my mailbox and get to know something about the country and the person who wrote it. I think it´s a great chance to learn so many things from other people and cultures!!
Receiving a postcard from you is like getting a little present. Each card is a suprise and makes me smile.

Please send me cards without envelopes because I like it, to see the "journey" and stamp on the postcard.

You can see some cards, which I like most, on my postcards wall (favorites). It's not all cards that I received. There are many here that I would like to receive ;-)

If you've written me a postcard and is longer than 30 days on the way, please write me a message about it. Because it shouldn't take that long. Then I'll register it, so you get the chance to receive another Postcard earlier.
