Hi!

My name is Elena. I'm 23 years old. Now I am studying Statistics at Vilnius University. I was born in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania (You can see a short film about Lithuania http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OStISjdmmSI&feature=related). I love my city, because it has beautiful old town and a lot of places where you can feel good (:

I have a lot of hobbies. I like reading books, surf the Internet and making handmade jewelry from small glass beads or thread, but now I mostly interesting in cross-stitching and bookbinding. You can see some examples of my works at my album (http://public.fotki.com/Kibirkstis2007/) :)
I have read hundreds of books, and my favorites are fantasy like series of Harry Potter and the Lord of Rings. I also a bit interest in sport, especially in basketball and national team. Therefore, one of my favorite events is Olympic game.
When I was young, I collected stamps too. Now I don’t get paper letters and my collection isn't so big. Do you like to extend my collection, don't you? :)

One of my dreams is to travel all around the world. I believe, that postcrossing can give my a chance to discover more about different countries and peoples (:

I prefer single views postcards with shows of your living place, city views or famous buildings (I prefer night views) (: I also would be happy getting cards with nature picture, space, hot air balloons, animals or ocean life (other my dream is to have aquarium). Please, no AD cards. I like full-written stamped cards. It would be interesting, if you write sentence in your language (please don't forget translation in English). Tell my a bit of yourself, your hobbies and your country (:
