41 Year old female pregnant and expecting a child in December this year, that has had penpals from all over. I haven't myself traveled and would like to. I love anything from other countries. I am an artist (painting/photography/writing and much more) and I work full time. I love mid-century and danish modern for home stylings and love to read and hang out with friends and write letters/postcards. Sometimes I will even pull out my vintage typewriter and type away on a postcard instead of penning one.

I have traveled across the US but haven't really been outside the US (aside from Mexico and Canada). I send Letters and Postcards to my friends here in the States because I like to. It is a random thing and we all like to receive mail. :O) I'd love to receive postcards that show where you are (culturally) or are artistic (my favorite - from a local artist or black and white or one you may have created or almost anything really). If you could date it that would be great. Also should you come across or have any postcards relating to tattoos - I would love them as I am a tattoo collector (in other words, I have quite a few myself). I also adore Moomin..Which I want to do my baby's room in if at all possible (we don't have Moomin here in the States), so I am willing to do gift exchanges also :)

I look forward to this fun journey and making some new friends in the process. I also have no clue what else to say. If you could pls send standard 4x6 postcards that would be appreciated.

Please do not send postcards in an envelope I prefer stamped ones and tell me something about yourself, something silly, something odd, something real, something you. I read through any posts before I send out postcards and try to make it a better selection, I appreciate the same.

I always like private swaps, though I do not have a photo library of my available cards, I also send out presents etc. I collect Moomin cards that are also unwritten on and would welcome perhaps sending you a tshirt or surprise boxes in exchange for them.
