About Jeremy...

Hello,

My name is Jeremy. I'm a young professional theatre manager living in Long Beach and working in the Los Angeles, California area. I am originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, but I've been in L.A. for just over 5 years now (after Hurricane Katrina) and I am really enjoying it.

I've learned through Postcrossing that I really enjoy funny/sarcastic postcards... just something to jeep in mind.

I enjoy watching movies and Saturday morning cartoons, superhero comics, going to the theatre, art, music, beer and good food. I am a big Star Trek fan and enjoy science fiction books and films. I like to take road trips and travel as much as possible, but don't get around as much as I would like to. I live an "alternative" lifestyle and believe that equality leads to the betterment of society.

I enjoy cooking very much and feel that food is a universal language. Because of this I have started a blog where I try to cook meals from recipes I receive from your postcard.
