Hello everyone out there!
I grew up in Hannover, Lower-Saxony, but now, i live in southern Hungary for ten months. I do a European Volunteering Service, working in a bilingual kindergarten, where I play the whole day and speak German with the kids, who mostly don't understand me. But i love them, they're so cute, trying to learn German.
I'm a passionated reader (as well in foreign languages - mostly fantasy,e.g. Terry Pratchett, Licia Troisi, Neil Gaiman)and musician: For about three years by now i'm playing transverse flute!
Besides i love the bbc series Sherlock and the American series Supernatural - I watch them only in English.
So far i'm looking forward to all cards from all countries!
I'll honour every card I receive,^^ but I would be especially happy about:
- creative cards (drawings, self-made, colourful like GEO)
- funny/special motives (b/w)
- pictures of rarities or special things about your area
- anything impressing or emotional
- fantasy, manga(Hayao Miyazaki! Detective Conan/Kaito Kid, Tintin, Asterix, Harry Potter), films, musicals
- music and instruments or notes!
- different kinds of stamps (but they are almost always very different and pretty!)
(-holiday cards are also okay, if there actually is a holiday...)
- the only thing i'm not really fond of are multi-views
iÍt would mean A LOT to me if you wrote a little note on your card. Just what comes to your mind: Why you chose this card, what you're doing at the moment, your mood, your interests or simply what the wheather is like... that might be interesting too :)
I would also like, if you could note the date, when you wrote your card.
(In case it suddenly overwhelms you and you have the strange and strong urge to draw (!) something, or write some poetry, feel free to share with me!)
