My name is Katerina. Originally I am from Europe, but I have been living in California, USA for the last couple of years, because of my work. I like reading classic literature, listening to music, hiking, swimming, snorkelling. I enjoy going to the theatre very much.
I really like sending postcards. And I take it very seriously, I read a person's wishes with all the attention and try to find the best postcard I can, even if it takes some time.
Of course, receiving postcards is also a pleasure.
I would like to receive written and stamped postcards, not in an envelope. Please, write "hello" and "bye" in your native language. I will be very happy about it. Handmade postcards, photographs are welcome, but, please, don't send me ads, I really don't appreciate that.
I speak English, Russian, German and can deal with Spanish with a dictionary near at hand:)
All postcards are welcome, but here are some ideas:
- I love almost all types of art. If you can, send me an art postcard: painters/paintings, sculptures, theatre, cinema, etc.
- Animals (especially orcas, and all species of whales)
- Architecture of your native country/city
- Ocean, sea, pond, lake...
- World Heritage Sites
