Hello, my name is Lesley, married to Simon and I am a stay at home mother. We educate our children at home instead of school. We live in the beautiful market town of Chesterfield, Derbyshire in England. We are famous for our 'crooked spire' church.
We like to learn naturally and holistic. We spend a lot of time in the forest and in natural environments. We have a chocolate Labrador named Monty.
My hobbies and interests are cooking, sewing, hiking, outdoors, history, art, culture, sustainable living and education.

We use postcrossing to teach our four year old son about the world. He likes to use his world map to see where the postcards come from. Learning about the world and celebrating the differences between cultures and customs is important for us to teach our children.

Any postcards are gratefully received. It would be particularly great to receive postcards of maps, landscapes of your home town, local scenery, food from your country, local art, or something personal to you.
