Hello ~ !!! I just reached 2000 postcards sent AND 2000 received ~ !!! November 4, 2023, which is a very exciting day to me. Yay ~ another milestone has been reached ~ !!!

My name is Linda and I'm a professional photographer and artist. I love to travel the world and have been fortunate to have visited over 75 countries and have made many friends around the world! I live in Southern California in a beach resort when I am not traveling the world.

My interests include travel, photography, gourmet cooking, listening to live music, gardening, reading travel stories, going to the beach, hiking, skiing, surfing, painting and much more!

I love all animals especially cats, which I have two (now one), which I rescued. I love nature and the beauty of the world. (RIP Coco 12/04/2021 ~ 20 years of love)

I enjoy tropical locations such as the jungles of Bali and Mexico and I love exotic countries like India and Cambodia as well as the excitement of big cities, like Paris, Singapore, Tokyo and New York.

I'm looking forward to participating in this program and I love love love getting postcards when my friends travel the world!! I would love postcards that show your hometown or major attractions or your country, maps, graphic design, bridges, old buildings, graffiti, art, exotic scenery, wild animals, postcards of nature, beautiful stamps, recipes for your country, traditions of your country. I also love seeing all the interesting and beautiful different postage stamps, too! Those are just some ideas but I am just happy to see a postcard in my mailbox from another country!! It makes me so happy!! Also, please tell me your favorite places to travel or where you dream to travel......or anything that comes to your mind......your goals, your hopes, anything about yourself, what type of music or art that you like.........I look forward to seeing what arrives!!!

~ I'm happy to receive WHATEVER card you choose for me ~ the excitement of finding a card in my mailbox makes me so happy each time, to see where it came from, the different stamps, people's writing ~ !!!

(As an artist and photographer, I am open to handmade postcards, as long as they can hold up in the postal process! I welcome the creativity of other artists around the world!! I still prefer regular commercially made postcards but am certainly not opposed to receiving someone's artwork and creativity of a handmade card ~ !!!
