Hi - I'm a Mum to three teenagers - I live in Oswestry in Shropshire - on the border with Wales, UK. I'm married to Gavin - who is South African and my parents live right next door. My Mum isn't that well - so we care for her. I work as a Hearing Therapist in Audiology in a town nearby called Shrewsbury. I also volunteer at my local independent community cinema, called KinoKulture - it's awesome seeing all the films for free but it also has a great quirky vibe. Cinema makes everything possible and is a perfect escape.
I love walking when I can, I love, love my two dogs Rolo and Daisy (Lab and sausage dog), I like to swim, outdoors sometimes - I also like reading and I'm pretty nuts about succulents and cacti. I've got a soft spot for Snoopy - he is a cool little dog and like a lot of you postcrossers out there I have a bit of a thing about stationary. I wish all my calendars and notebooks helped me to be more organised though - my daughters say I am the most disorganised person they know. My desk is - organised chaos! So one of my resolutions is to be tidier in the the New Year - 2021. Who knows - it might even happen.
I like all sorts of postcards, especially beautiful nature scenes, Snoopy and Garfield, nighttime scenes, the sea, funny quotes... Recipes are fantastic too.
