Hello, my name is Bonnie. I live in Chicago with my husband, our two sons and a black dog named Blue. I enjoy being outdoors, riding my bike, going to Lake Michigan (which is just a five minute walk from our apartment) and exploring all the different neighborhoods in Chicago. I also love eating and cooking different ethnic foods. I collect: vintage stamps, old typewriters, old toy trucks, rocks and old children's books and nature guides. I am a letter writing enthusiast and occasionally host Letter Writing parties. I like comfy old chairs, Japanese pens, a hot cup of tea and handmade envelopes. I love going to see live music with friends and family. I was an exchange student in high school (AFS, I lived in Australia for a year) and I still love traveling, whether it's around the midwest or to other countries. I always try to find the public park/square/gathering place when I arrive in a new place. I look forward to hearing from fellow postcard fans.
