Hello World

I'm Anna, fake red hair living in London and hoping one day to move to Portugal and open a small cafe there.

I like passing time doing all sorts of crafts (decoupage, scrapbooking, Warhammer figures), climbing walls, reading, walking around the less known sides of London. I also have big love for aviation, lighthouses and b&w photography, so cards with these themes are always welcome in my collection.

I love receiving postcards and always send tones whenever I go somewhere even remotely exciting. So when I found out about this project, I was right on board! Now I am starting to struggle for space on my postcard wall (it's gonna expand to the living room, I think) and I am always excited to check the mailbox and find a card waiting for me.

I'm happy to receive pretty much any kind of postcards, but my favourites would be cards showing the part of the world they came from (some city or landscape views), lighthouses, planes or some vintage style cards or photos.

If you're sending a postcards from Portugal or Russia, can you please write in your own languages? I am trying to learn these, so it would be great! Especially the handwritten Cyrillic, which I am still struggling with :)
