About Yvonne...
ATTENTION CANADIAN POSTCROSSER! You wrote the wrong ID on your moose card. CA-62401 Please contact me so I can register your card!
J'aime la France.
I am a Francophile at heart. Not a single day passes without me dreaming of the day I will move to Paris and live in a tiny studio apartment in the 18th. ;-)
J'aime le cinéma français.
J'aime le pain français.
J'aime la cuisine française.
J'adore les hommes français. ;-)
J'aime l'histoire de la France.
J'aime les macarons. :-P
J'aime le nougat---MMMMM!
J'aime Paris et ses monuments.
I can go on and on about la belle France, but you get the picture.
In my spare time I try to do a bit of volunteer work, working as a Spanish interpreter with the Flying Samaritans. (http://www.flyingsamaritans.net/Web/Sams/international_site/web/who_are_the_sams.asp)
I was born on December 6, 1970-something. ;-)
I am currently in search of the perfect crêpe.
I am also in search of the perfect croissant.
J'aime bien Nicolas Sarkozy, mais je n'aime pas Carla Bruni.
One of my favorite films is "Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain."
I enjoy photography and every once in a great while I take a really cool picture. :-)
I love the company of creative people.
I love animals. I've never met a furry creature I didn't like.
Did I mention j'aime la France???
I once flew in a small airplane where the pilot accidentally turned off the engine... (True story)
Yes, I do love France, but I love to learn about other countries and cultures. Postcrossing is such a wonderful way to bring people together. :-)
I don't have a specific postcard preference, but I would like to receive postcards with pretty views of your town or anything that you think is unique. I love funny postcards as well.
I would love to receive a "tiny planet" postcard from gadl: http://www.postcrossing.com/user/gadl

If you know how to draw, I'd love to see a quick little sketch on the card.
If you're a photographer, I'd love a postcard made from a cool picture you've taken.
If you're French, please include a box of macarons with your postcard. ;-P [Joking]
[Not really]
I prefer postcards that are written on and stamped. I don't mind a few well-traveled "battle scars" on my postcards. ;-)
I register my cards the day I receive them, I don't like to keep fellow Postcrossers from being able to send more postcards, so if you sent your card a while ago and I have not registered it, it's because I have not received it. :-(
Feel free to add me as a friend on Facebook, but only if you truly wish to get to know me better. :-)
Oh, I feel silly writing these things--I look forward to your postcards. :-)
PS - DON'T FORGET TO WRITE THE POSTCARD ID ON YOUR CARD!!!
