I am retired after working for 45 years. I live in southeastern Idaho on five acres that overlook the Pocatello valley. This area is high desert - mostly sagebrush and junipers. I spend a good deal of time working in the yard. While I love flowers, I don't have many. We have a herd of deer that travel through the property daily. (They are hungry buggers. Their favorite food is flower buds but I love them anyway). I have a lot of bird feeders and like to watch all the different kinds. I am lousy at identifying them but I still try. I love to read - mysteries, science fiction, biographies and history. I like watching movies especially at the theater. We have ten automobiles. My husband is a gearhead and likes to restore old cars ('51 Buick Special, '56 Pontiac Star Chief, '64 Pontiac Grand Prix, '65 Corvette, '67 Cadillac convertible etc) and I get to drive them! I like to drive around the western United States on the back roads. Thus postcrossing! You are allowing me to tour the world on the back roads! Thank you!
