We are a family of six: Dad (Abe), Mom (Gwen) and four children.

For Postcrossing grownups:
Though our family cannot travel much outside of our region, we try to cultivate a broad, global worldview. One of our family treasures is our large world map. It has a prominent place on our dining room table. Covered by a clear vinyl "tablecloth," we can study geography, discuss world events and dream of travel - all without worrying about the creamed spinach that spilled on Peru or being concerned that the dried rice from yesterday's lunch might be mistaken for an undiscovered island in the Pacific.
We love camping, reading, playing board games, skiing, flyfishing and exploring national parks. One of our favorite family activities is cycling together.

We love hearing inspiring stories of individuals and families making a difference in the world and doing beautiful things to enrich and empower others. So in your card, send us some GOOD NEWS - just a brief sentence or two about something good in your life, a friend's life, or on your local news. We could all use a little more good news, don't you think?

We are looking forward to keeping track of postcards received on our big table map...just please don't be offended if we drip a bit of sauce on your hometown every now and then.
