Hi,
I live in the beautiful state of Michigan. I love the abundance of water (lakes, rivers, etc...) and the beautiful autumn foliage that we get to enjoy here. I live with my fiance and our English bulldog. Max (the bulldog) loves postcrossing as much as I do, since mailing postcards often means a walk to the mailbox (one of his favorite things)
I work at a day center for adults with developmental disabilities. It's very rewarding, and certainly never boring! My hobbies include reading, cooking, gardening, writing poetry, knitting, photography, scrapbooking, sewing, and the list is always growing! :)
I love to travel. Most of my travel has been within the USA, but I dream of travelling (and tasting) the world.
I welcome any postcards that you send, including handmade cards or cards made from your own photos. Pretty/colorful/interesting stamps are always welcome :)
Since I am getting married next year, I would love to learn about wedding traditions and customs from other countries. So please share any traditions common to your country, region, or even from your family. I would love to incorporate these into my wedding decor. Vintage cards are also very welcome, as this is the theme of my wedding.
