I'm Katelyne "Katie" Bell. There's a lot here, I know. Pretty much for the shortened version, just read the first sentence of every paragraph thing and it'll give you the gist. I just like to talk.

I like funny/inspirational postcards, but honestly anything you like will be fine to me. I don't care if it's bought or handmade, but if you handmake it, please make sure it is something creative and worth the postage you will spend. I am not artsy in any way, but I believe you should be allowed to express your creativity. When you send the card, if you could maybe tell me a little of your day/life as it is right now and date it, that would be awesome. Other than that, use your discretion :) .

I own one dog, which is a German shepherd/terrier mix and one cinnamon green cheek conure (bird). I live with my boyfriend currently at the address provided.

I like to play video games.

I cross-stitch on occasion, but I have yet to finish any major project.

I am an avid dolphin collector.

I do roller derby. For those who do not know what roller derby is, it is a competitive women's sport that is kind of a cross between hockey and football while on skates.

I read as much as I can afford on my pay. My favorites are usually based in medieval-type times, such as by authors like Tamora Pierce or Mercedes Lackey, but I like urban fantasy by authors such as Melissa Marr, Patricia Briggs, Suzanne Collins, or Veronica Roth. I read a lot of teen fantasy books, even though I'm no longer a teen, because I feel like there's more action/adventure/fantasy that I enjoy without all the adult bits that I don't enjoy.
