After almost 45 years as a drafter, architect, and CAD/BIM Department manager, I'm recently retired, and now spend my time gardening and LEARNING!

I played guitar (self-taught) for 20 years, and studied classical piano for 10 years. Now that I'm no longer working, I'm getting back into piano.

I also love to garden, and have added a small stream with waterfalls spilling into a backyard koi pond. For those of you who know koi, I have a Kin Kikokuryu, a Ginrin Platinum Ogon, a Yamato Nishiki Butterfly, as well as a couple of Sarassa and Shubunkin goldfish. It's a wonderful place to meditate.

I've always been fascinated by languages, and hope to learn Mandarin Chinese (because I like the way it sounds), and American Sign Language (because I like the way it looks).
