Greetings, dear postcrossers!

My name is Tanya. Originally, I'm from Georgievks, Russia but now I live in San Francisco, California, USA.
I signed up for this website because I love receiving real mail (bills just don't cut it :) and I love making people happy :)

Among other things I love are: everything cosmos related; ocean; animals (especially cats :); nature; fresh, spring air; Muay Thai (it's a form of martial arts); knitting; reading (my favorite genre is Sci Fi); traveling to exotic places; my friends and family - but that does not dictate my postcard preferences.

I enjoy meeting new people (even if we might never "meet" in person), and I will really appreciate it if you WRITE something about yourself in the postcard. Or tell me about the place you live, what makes it unique, or maybe your favorite quote, etc.

If your native language is anything besides English and/or Russian, I would be so happy if you included a few words in your NATIVE TONGUE (with the English translation).

Oh, and I like cooking, so if you want to share your favorite RECIPE with me, that would be so great!
