I am a 43 year old married, Mom with one daughter who is 12. I used to work for Hallmark as a sales associate. It was a fun job especially if you like cards, gifts and collectibles. I am also a Licensed Optician. I have had my licence for about 17 years. I have worked for many Optometrists in the past and enjoyed helping people pick out their glasses.

LOVE to Listen to audio books and podcasts
Travel - I have been to many places throughout the U.S. (including Hawaii) and Canada.
Bake - I love to bake cookies and other goodies to give to friends and family
Crafts - Such as crocheting, sewing, stamping, scrapbooking, and pottery.
I LOVE my iPhone 5S! I have so many favorite apps that I can't name them all here.
Plan parties for kids - my daughter has had a Spy party, a fashion party and a tropical themed party that I organized. She also had a summer party that was a carnival in my backyard with games and food.
Photography- for a couple of years I took a picture a day and then put them into albums so I could reflect back on the whole year.
I love learning about other people and their lives that is why I thought this postcard exchange was a really awesome idea! I have collected my own postcards from places I have been over the years and have over 400. I am currently in the process of putting them into albums.
I love birds. We have 3 Parakeets, Tweeters, Twilight and Chance.
I spend a lot of time being a "Dance Mom". My daugher has been dancing since she was 4 years old.
I am not picky about postcards. I would love anything. If I had to pick though, I would like ones with pictures of places (cities, towns, landmarks) around the world or postcards that are made from pictures people have actually taken themselves.
I would love to direct swap with someone so that I can get to know them better and learn more about where they live and their culture.
