I'm Kas, an artist based out of Denton, Texas. I am finishing up my BFA in Studio Art, focused on printmaking from the University of North Texas. Denton is a college town, smaller than Dallas, but it's a very fun place to live. I've been a space enthusiast ever since I could start identifying constellations. I love science fiction, especially Star Trek, Doctor Who, and the animated Spider-Verse movies. I love art and art history, and I hope to work at or run a small fine art press one day. Eventually, I'm going to travel all over the world and go to so many art museums and see so many new places and eat so much delicious food.

I've been in the Postcrossing community since 2014 but I never sent very many postcards. I'm hoping to send a lot more soon, and I might even send some that I've designed and printed myself (including digital prints and handmade prints)! I'm excited to participate in this community again.

I'd love to hear from you about what kind of art or artists you enjoy, or what you make if you are an artist! I also love hearing about types of food that I haven't tried before, and maybe even recipe recommendations. But honestly, I just love to hear about people living their day-to-day life. What do you like to do in your free time? Do you know any fun trivia? What's your favorite conversation starter?
