About Hana...

Hi postcrossers!

My name is Hana and I’m 20 years old university student.

I like receiving any postcards. However, if you want to please me much, here are tips for postcards I really appreciate:

~ fantasy (Harry Potter; I waas disappointed when I turned eleven and didn't receive a letter from Hogwarts) & comics books (Death Note), films and series (I am completely crazy about The X-Files, just one X-Phile forever ^_^ ) or something else: Game of Thrones, Darren Shan, Marvel and DC (super)heros, magical creatures,... and many and many others. I just love EVERYTHING connected with fantasy, horror, sci-fi and mysteries :-D)

~ science (since I study Molecular Biology and Genetics, especially DNA, chromosomes, etc. What about description of a human body or an animal in your native language? Chemical jokes? I enjoy The Big Bang Theory and The IT Crowd, too)

~ nature (Arctic and Antarctic, volcanos, caves, storms, oceans, coasts, forests, clouds, northern lights, waterfalls, UNESCO)

~ astronomy (outer space, planets, stars, constellations, nebulas, zodiac, UFO;))

~ city/village where you live; culture, festivals and traditions in your region

~ animals (bears, sea world or animals typical for your country)

~ sport (My favourites are cycling and jogging, the Olympic Games and capoeira – Brazilian martial art. Oh, it would my dream come true to get a capoeira card :) I have seen none in the Czech Rep. By the way, my capoeira nickname is Coruja (owl in english), so any 'owlish' postard is welcome)

~ maps (historical, present), flags, compasses and other geographical stuff

or surprise me with something extraordinary ;)

Please, drop a note about yourself and the place you live. I will be also very happy if you teach me a few words in your native language, please don’t forget about translation and pronunciation ;)
Or write me whatever you want, the longer the better!

Happy postcrossing!

H.
