I am a married father of 3 children and I enjoy sending and receiving postcards to help teach them about the vast world around then. My wife and I love to travel and look forward to taking out children along when they get older.

I am also an avid genealogist and spend a lot of time researching and writing my family history. My family is originally from the Black Forest region fo Germany and the original surname was Schmeyer. If you know anyone from that name (especially from Germany, I'd love to hear from you!)

I'm a ham radio operator as well so I guess you can say I like to reach out to the world!

I'm new to post-crossing so I just enjoy getting the postcards and seeing all the different locations of the world. I'm easy to make happy!
