My name is Shelly and I live in Washington State, located in the upper left hand portion of the United States. I live on Whidbey Island, in the Salish Sea. When I am home, I enjoy spending time at the beach and taking in the gorgeous views of two beautiful mountain ranges, the Olympic Mountains and the Cascade Mountains (my favorite). I love spending time with my family and pets, exploring the Pacific Northwest (especially the great outdoors), traveling, visiting museums, hiking, backpacking, and taking photos to capture everything. I love Postcrossing. I am always on the hunt to find unique postcards everywhere I go so that I can send them off to someone. One of my favorite things to do when I receive a postcard is to look up images of the towns where the postcard has come from. It is the cheapest way to travel.
