Hello everyone!

I'm an art education student, and work full time as well. I love art, especially Art Deco and Art Nouveau. I live with my husband and two cats, and often wonder if I'm trying to kill myself with all I do. Visit my website to see some of the art I've made.

For postcards, I guess I don't have much of a preference on what I receive, so send what you wish. I would prefer you write a little bit on them, be it poems, recipes, about yourself, most anything really. If you happen to have a Welcome to Nightvale or Sailor Moon postcard that would be awesome!

I love to read, mostly Sci-Fi, although I also read paranormal romance (it's a guilty pleasure). I listen to podcasts as well (think old time radio stories), the ones I enjoy are: Welcome To Nightvale, Thrilling Adventure Hour, and Wolf 359. I am a fan of My Little Pony, Monster High, Kim Possible, Psych, and Sleepy Hollow, but overall I don't watch TV often.

When I can, I participate in National Novel Writing Month in November, and also the camp sessions in July. It's a good excuse to write, and since I love writing, I'm all for an excuse to do it.

Starting in August, I'll be embarking on the final step of my degree program: 2 semesters of internships. For fall semester, I'll be teaching elementary school. I'm both excited about it, and dreading it because I'll still have to work full time. I've been warned against doing that, but... well, a girl has bills to pay.
