My name is Sylvie. I'm originally from Montreal. For the last 5 years, my family and I have been living in Orlando Florida. We moved here from California were we were for eight years. We moved to California from Hawaii.

I am married and have two daughters who are in college. I also have two fantastic dogs, a Maltese named Martini ( my avatar 🥰 ) and a Labrador called Theodore ( my buddy and protector 😄) Our family also include Sydney, she is a very active Cockatiel 🙄.

I am an artist. I love birding, working on my wildlife photography, traveling, Freddie Mercury and Outlander. I have a passion for journaling, I love collecting and creating with different papers and I also LOVE stamps.

One special request if possible :) I love when post card arrive in an envelope since I use a lot of the stamps in various art projects and of course,I am also an avid stamp collector. Also, to my great sadness lately I have received numerous damaged post cards and would love to fix that problem with the protection of an envelope. If it’s not more expensive for you to do so, it would be dearly welcomed. Thank you 😊

Also one last thing: PLEASE do not send any advertising card, I get sollicited in the mail enough as it is... Postcrossing, I think we can all agree, should only be about receiving something that make us smile ! 😃 Also, PLEASE DO NOT send homemade printed photography, Flip Cards I don’t like them (and Flip Cards are NOT POSTCARDS) or thin paper cards that are not real postcard, unfortunately I have just received a few of those and I’m definitely not a fan and it is extremely disappointing to receive...😳. Like all Postcrossing members, I love and collect ONLY REAL POSTCARDS. I really don’t like having to mention this but lately I’ve received many cards that are NOT postcards. I put a lot of effort in selecting the perfect postcards for other members and would love the same to be reciprocated, thankfully most members do the same as well.
