About Pranab...

Hi there.

SEPTEMBER SPECIAL: I will share the World Postcard Day card (official) in September.

FRIENDS from GERMANY, Deutsche Post issued a joint Germany India stamp. If possible, can you please share a mint or first day cover with me. In such case you can avoid sending a card. A small letter will do. I can also share the Indian issue. Thank you.

I love reading fiction (detective/thriller).
I also like to travel. I have visited some countries [US, UK, Argentina, Italy, Slovenia, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Switzerland, Thailand and Malaysia] and love to meet people and know about their culture.

I am a Pharmacist and work for a Pharma MNC.
In my pastime I collects Stamps, First Day Covers (FDCs) and Brochures, Coin Covers and currency. If you have some item that you can share, please do. I would be happy to exchange :-).

The postcards I would love to have:
Lighthouse (or current US forever Lighthouse stamps)
Ships, trains, buses,
Well-known monuments,
City views where you live and the likes.

Do send some postcards with different postage stamps so that I could have addition to my collection. Please include the date on the card. Postcrossing stamps are requested, wherever available.

A request: Try not using a sticker stamp, they are hard to peel. My friends from Russia, if you can, please avoid the Castle/Building stamps of 2009. I have toooo many of them.

My Ireland/Switzerland/Netherlands/Russia/Guernsey/Indonesia/Guernsey friends, please use the Postcrossing stamps.

My wife works in a Lab, having a doctorate in Microbiology. We have a son (13) and a daughter (8.5).

Signing out for now.
